Food diary:
Breakfast- raspberry banana smoothie
Lunch- my favorite muffin spicy Italian sandwich. There was meat and it made me a little sick but it was SO GOOD. I also had a chocolate cheesecake mini muffin.
Dinner-tortellini
Post-free-concert snack- McDonalds soft serve (it was a social thing DON'T JUDGE ME!)

Notes: no exercise other than walking around. I had a lot of carbs today which I will counter with wii fit tomorrow.
