[Day One] Well. This is awkward.

I hope you read the introduction to this new project, to explain why for the next month there will be two numbered posts a day. If not, it should be right under this post. READ IT NOW.

Food Diary:

Breakfast- Powerbar, glass of milk

Lunch- Grilled peach and chicken kebab salad thing

Snack- Orange popsicle

Dinner- Pablos Pizza (Punk's Pesto!)

DailyBooth:

Starting Weight: 145 lbs

Video: No video today. I was gonna bring my phone on a bike ride but me and Megan decided we weren't gonna go. And I did about an hour on the WiiFit before I came up with this stupid idea, so you'll just have to take my word for it.

Other thoughts: As this is Day 1, there really isn't a lot to say. I like being on the Wii, even though some of the yoga poses are near impossible. I think my goal will be to have the ability to do the triangle pose at some point.

  1. You could always start a journal via an iphone app to keep track of your daily nutrition, especially since a lot of them have information regarding restaurant food.
