Food Diary:
Midnight snack stemming from the inability to fall asleep- Bagel toast
Breakfast- Powerbar, milk (I really need to switch this up)
Borders snack- small white chocolate mocha
Pre-work out snack- apple
Lunch- Tortilla with hummus, almonds, peanuts
Snack- blueberries
Dinner- Blueberry/banana smoothie (OMG it was good), 1 piece of lightly buttered toast

Even if you're smoking for appearance's sake, the vast majority of people think you're a loser if you smoke. Basically in today's healthy world, smoking=death, so it is odd why people would start. Then again, overeating=death, and I do that plenty. So maybe they just think it won't affect them.
